With over 20 years of experience advising organisations through complex transformations, I specialise in analysing challenging environments, developing country-level and organisational strategies, engaging diverse stakeholders, and creating programmes that deliver results.
I’ve worked across 30+ countries to improve social impact, governance, and environmental performance. My expertise is supported by degrees in law, social science (environmental policy), and international development management, along with GRI certification and training in business sustainability management, CSRD, artificial intelligence governance, human rights, and climate change.
As a former Assistant Director, Head of Country Office, and army officer, I understand the challenges and rewards of leading change. I believe in teamwork, participation, and shared ownership to create a truly Sustainable World.
